SubX is delivered as a digital subscription service. Once your payment is successfully processed, you receive your license key by email within seconds, along with instructions to download and activate SubX Pro (web app) or SubX Studio (DaVinci Resolve plugin).
The license key activates the software on your device(s) and grants access to our translation servers for the duration of your subscription.
SubX is sold on a recurring subscription basis. You can choose:
Your subscription auto-renews at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your payment provider's dashboard (Paystack or Flutterwave) — your license remains active until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Translation output is provided as is. AI translation may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing output before publishing or shipping it in your work.
If you encounter any technical issue, billing problem, or believe you should be eligible for a refund, please reach out to support@subxai.org. We respond within 2–5 business days and will work with you to resolve the issue — this may include reactivating your license, switching plans, providing a replacement, or issuing a refund where appropriate.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We can almost always resolve disputes faster and more cleanly through direct conversation than through your payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in immediate license revocation and a permanent ban from future SubX purchases.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time as our subscription model evolves or as required by law. Any material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Updates apply to all purchases and renewals made after the effective date.
SubX is a global service used by customers around the world. This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and forms part of the Terms of Service available at subxai.org/terms.
If you are a consumer purchasing SubX in your country of residence, the mandatory consumer protection laws of that country may also apply and grant you additional rights that cannot be waived by contract. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit those rights — where local law gives you a broader refund right than what we describe above, your local law prevails.
